  1. Free audit or call

    You send your URL. I reply with the first thing I’d fix, so you can see how I think before you spend anything. No website yet? We start with a free call instead.

  2. Call and plan

    We talk about your business and the clients you want more of. Then you get a written plan with what I’ll change, the price and the timeline. You only pay once you agree to go ahead.

  3. Design

    For a new website, I sketch the pages in Figma, a design tool, and you give feedback before I build anything.

  4. Build or fix

    I build the site, or make the changes in your plan, and set up SEO and AI search as I go.

  5. Launch and check

    Once the changes are live, I test every form and booking link so enquiries reach you.

Service businesses where one new client is worth a lot. If a few more enquiries a month would make a real difference to you, we’re likely a good fit. I work remotely with owners anywhere in the world.

I don’t have a website yet. Can you still help?

Yes. I’ll build one from scratch, designed from day one to bring in enquiries. Instead of the website audit, we start with a free call about your business and the clients you want.

How much does a website cost?

It depends on what your site needs, so I don’t list prices here. After the free website audit and a short call, you get a clear quote before any work starts. Both are free. You only pay once we agree to go ahead.

How long does a project take?

A smaller project usually takes 1 to 2 weeks, and a new website usually takes 3 to 5 weeks. You’ll get an exact timeline after the free website audit or our first call.

What’s the difference between SEO and AI search visibility?

SEO helps your website show up in Google’s normal results. AI search visibility helps tools like ChatGPT understand your business and mention it when someone asks for a recommendation. The two overlap a lot, so I work on them together.

Can you improve my current website instead of building a new one?

Often, yes. Many sites only need clearer pages, a faster mobile version or an easier way to get in touch. The free website audit will show you which kind of fix yours needs.

Do I need to understand the technical side?
